DietSupportWithin the professional framework of Human-Service
Following the diet is one part of lifestyle change. The other is learning how to live with it. DietSupport provides one-to-one support for people who want help with the psychological, lifestyle or social challenges of following a special diet.
Following a special diet is not only about food. It can affect everyday life as well.

We support the psychological and lifestyle challenges of integrating a special diet into everyday life.
DietSupport is designed for adults who:
DietSupport is not a dietetic or medical service. We do not prescribe or alter diets, provide medical treatment, calculate macros or diagnose illness. Our focus is the psychological, behavioural, relationship and everyday-life side of following a special diet. Where a difficulty requires another type of professional care, we recommend appropriate referral.
A simple, transparent process with no required number of sessions.

Knowledge is not always the missing piece. Stress, environment and everyday habits often shape consistency.
How all-or-nothing thinking can turn a small deviation into a much longer lapse.
Ways of living with different dietary routines without turning every shared meal into conflict.
